mission & vision
No need is too small. We will devote the time and energy necessary to educate, advocate, and provide play opportunities.
Angie Lacy, Occupational Therapist and Preschool Teacher
Angie Lacy
I have a degree in Occupational Therapy, specializing in Pediatrics. I work for the First Steps Program, and I am a preschool teacher or Downey Cooperative Preschool. My love of children and my passion for helping others is the reason Project Play began.
I have several degrees in science, but ultimately, I wanted to get toys to kids that don't have them. I left grad school, moved to Brown County, and purchased a 45+ year tradition. The Toy Chest has become the perfect vehicle for achieving my dream.
